Monitors and Receivers
No one likes to think about having a Monitor or Receiver put into their operation, but it has been the case in more and more nursing homes throughout the country. As tough regulatory and financial times have visited many facilities they have found themselves in a position where formal oversight by an outside entity is required by government.

We have the capacity to perform these duties and were actually one of the first Receivers appointed by the State of Illinois. If your situation is tenuous and there is the possibility of such an eventuality you may want to consider preempting the State in this regard. Call or e-mail us to discuss the options.
